THE FULL PROGRAM

One-on-one 25 Weeks

Participating in the full version of the program is undoubtedly the most effective way to not only learn how awareness and mindfulness work, but to start integrating them as a way of life. Each week you will be guided to complete a series of reflection activities, before coming together in our session to discuss your answers. The program has been strategically designed in this way so you cover the content twice. Once on your own, and again with me in the session. Repetition is what helps the information sink in.

One key benefit of participating in the full program, is that as a result of spending regular time with you, I will learn a lot about you, which enables me to help you be more honest with yourself throughout the process. This is important because you can't change what you can't see (or what you aren't willing to acknowledge). Honesty in this setting is achieved in a natural, gentle, and respectful way through active listening, and asking quality questions.

But most importantly, my role is to help you develop an intrinsic understanding of the fact that enhancing awareness and living mindfully are always the answer for moving beyond suffering. If you walk away with any other perception of what it is that I do, or what the purpose of our time together is, then I have done you an injustice. Your investment in the full program should leave you with a solid understanding of the CHASM process, so you are empowered with the knowledge of how to use the process on your own after our time together has come to an end. 

The full program is delivered as five modules, each module taking five weeks to complete (a total of 25 weeks). The sessions are conducted online via zoom, and take 60 - 90 minutes each week. THE SHORT COURSE

One-on-one 8 Weeks 

$900 AUD

The short course is an eight-week version of the program designed to give you an understanding of how to use the CHASM framework, and a taste of what expanding awareness and living mindfully looks like. The main difference between the full program and the short course, is that the full program helps you to integrate the practice of awareness and mindfulness into your life through repetition, the short course doesn't. How successfully you integrate the knowledge into your life will depend on your commitment to using the framework once the course has ended.

 

Although the short course only runs for eight weeks, it does not disappoint in terms of content. It includes the most important aspects of the full program, including two sessions to understand your childhood narrative, 'your story', which is the most ground breaking piece of information you will ever discover about yourself.

The main purpose of our time together in the short course is to help you understand the transformative healing capacity of expanding awareness and living mindfully, and how to apply the CHASM framework when faced with challenges in life.
