6 Month 1:1 Mentoring Program

Throughout this 25-week program, you will become aware of your personal narrative and identify how it influences the mindset that confines you to a less fulfilling life. You will learn how to step back and become the observer of your life experience, rather than being swept away in your usual thoughts, feelings, perceptions, behaviours, and desires.

 

Through introspective exercises and reflective practices, you will enhance your self-awareness and gain a deeper understanding of both yourself and the world around you. Along the way, you will be guided through various mindfulness techniques and tools that will enable you to break free from limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you, fostering a more balanced and harmonious existence.

The program is delivered as five modules, each module taking five weeks to complete. The sessions are conducted online via zoom, and take 60 - 90 minutes each week. Feel free to schedule a brief chat to explore your interest in the program, payment options, and availability.
