ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Everyone wants to be happy. It's as simple as that. We want to enjoy life and we want to be free from suffering. However, most people spend their life trying to acquire happiness, but do very little to truely understand it. Understanding Happiness is an opportunity for participants to not only learn about happiness, but to also reflect on their personal circumstances with more clairty.​

Throughout the program, you’ll discover that there are two distinct types of happiness: acquired happiness, which comes from external sources such as circumstances, achievements, or relationships, and innate happiness, which arises from within when we recognise our true nature. Acquired happiness is temporary by nature, and when relied upon, often leaves us with a lingering sense that something is missing. This program introduces the inward journey, what it means to turn toward your true nature and discovering the hidden wholeness within you, and how doing so opens the door to peace, awe, purpose, fulfilment, joy, and an enduring sense of love as your lived experience.
By the end of Understanding Happiness, you can expect to walk away with a clearer understanding of why happiness can feel so elusive, as well as insight into the four pathways available when you find yourself stuck in an unhappy reality. With this awareness, you’ll be better equipped to recognise these patterns and make more informed, conscious decisions moving forward.
